We help counselors support people on the way to their well-being through confidential text and video sessions.


What are the requirements?

  • Proficiency in sales management with a focus on B2B sales, preferably in the Mental Health field, specifically working with products and targeting the USA market (3+ years)
  • Sales Presentations: Experience in delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase products or services effectively.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and maximize sales opportunities
  • CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM software (Pipedrive) to track and manage sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Pipeline Management: Ability to effectively manage and prioritize sales opportunities in the sales pipeline.
  • Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the company's products and the ability to effectively communicate their value propositions to potential customers.
  • Closing Techniques: Proficiency in using different closing techniques to secure sales.
  • Sales Analytics: Capability to analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Relationship Building: Skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients or customers to foster longterm partnerships and repeat business.

What will you do?

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base and market presence.
  • Establish strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and capitalize on market opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review within online platforms and conferences.
