We are currently seeking Commercial Real Estate Sales Assistants with a desire to become industry leading agents for our Edmonton who share a passion for creating innovative real estate solutions and are fueled by self-initiative and success.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A COMMISSION BASED POSITION

Duties:


  • Make cold calls to find new clients
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials for all transactions
  • Schedule showing appointments and followup
  • Prepare listing paperwork
  • Lead generation and business development
  • Support associates in all aspects of the business
  • Monitor and maintain client database as transactions are completed
  • Work closely with the marketing coordinator and prepare all listing materials

Qualifications:


  • A forward thinking, creative individual with high ethical standards and a professional demeanor
  • Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and follow up on transaction details and deadlines
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and consistency in delivery of the team messaging
  • Professional and trustworthy with confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills, including ability to resolve disputes and observe confidentiality
  • Capable of engaging a diverse set of clients
