    Procurement & Asset Management Lead Role Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Asset Management Lead to manage hardware assets, network circuits, and software licensing agreements across data centre environments.
    • This role ensures accurate tracking, cost control, compliance, and timely procurement to support project delivery and operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain inventory of all hardware assets.
    • liTrack software licenses consumption customer use including quantities usage costs Renew licenses customer-provided hardware extend renewed contracts Monitor license expiry alerts inform internal team sales initiate renewals Track hardware license support contracts lifecycle notify internal teams Ensure annual alignment vendors interested parties confirm accuracy licensing records Validate supplier billing against customer billing maintain compliance cost integrity h3 Procurement Vendor Coordination ulliValidate vendor quote pricing quantities project delivery requests Work with vendors update expired quotes typically valid days Create manage ship-to work orders data centres Track hardware vendor order data centre receipt CRM / inventory systems Maintain knowledge articles common vendor issues resolutions Identify cost-saving opportunities possible Establish vendor contract inventory database spend term dates owner Develop procurement procedures approval workflows ensure compliance cost control Lead selection implementation procurement system Negotiate new contracts pricing structures scale scope impact terms Serve primary point contact vendors transition ulliReporting Compliance ulliliGenerate reports asset utilization circuit costs license compliance Ensure adherence internal policies external regulatory requirements Provide reporting asset utilization lifecycle comply ulliOther Duties ultypequotPerform additional tasks required success organization quotullitableSkills Qualifications uli5+ years experience IT asset management procurement sourcing ideally technology telecom Data Centre environments Strong track record vendor engagement contract management process design Experience procurement processes vendor management hardware lifecycle management including licensing agreements Familiarity asset principles administrative registers reconciliations ability identify prioritize effectively thrive fast-changing environment competing priorities Ability manage stakeholders effectively analytical negotiation communication problem-solving skills Knowledge quotdivHelp us deliver sovereign infrastructure cloud services Canada s builders innovators div>,
