Responsibilities:

Performing order entry for all orders received
Responsible for maintaining security of company assets through inventory control
Ensuring that processing requirements are met or exceeded
Responsible for monitoring stock levels within the department
Assisting warehouse manager with various administrative tasks as needed
Ensuring that the department's workflows are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures
Providing accurate and complete information to the rest of the organization
Preparing reports and documents as requested by internal and external parties
Internal auditing requirements may be required

In order to be successful in this role, the person must be able to perform all essential duties and responsibilities listed above.

In addition, they must be able to work on their own or as part of a team when necessary. This position will have a high level of internal interaction.

The person should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have an ability to adapt to change quickly.
