RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be able to meet all safety requirements and applicable safety policies.
- Positive and motivated with the willingness to learn.
- Must be able to work safely in a physically demanding environment.
- Have a good understanding of tools and materials onsite, including proper use and maintenance.
- Work in Civil construction is considered a plus.
- Maintain good employee morale, communication, and teamwork
- Understand OH&S safe work practices and procedures and follow them consistently
- Provide feedback to supervisors and management on process improvements
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Work with heavy equipment around utilities.
- Experienced with hand tools and power tools.
- Knowing municipal specifications is an asset.
