Inside Sales Coordinator for our Richmond office.

Job Summary

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with senior sales staff to execute sales activities.
Arrange for creation and distribution of supporting documents and presentations to help the sales team in generating business leads.
Communicate effectively with customers.
Support senior management by informing customers about delivery dates.
Maintain sales records, invoices, and report monthend goal setting to the senior management team.
Assess & respond quickly and effectively to customer needs or inquiries.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Write routine reports and correspondence.
Exhibit a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude with customers and to be sensitive to their needs.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Perform other assigned tasks from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Detailed oriented, responsible, and dedicated
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
University or college degree major in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
At least 13 years working experience in Inside sales coordination
