Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans to attract and hire talented individuals in engineering, manufacturing production, operations and support functions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
Actively engage in employer branding initiatives to position our organization as an employer of choice within the clean tech / automotive industry.
Coordinate and participate in career fairs, industry events, and networking activities to attract top talent.
Collaborate with the People & Culture and Senior Leadership team to negotiate and finalize job offers.
Stay uptodate with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

Post Secondary Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven work experience with fullcycle recruitment, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing industry. Experience with US Market a bonus.
Familiarity with clean tech job market trends, including emerging roles and skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.
