    About the Role

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, contractors, vendors, and consultants
    • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Ensure a high level of resident satisfaction through consistent attention to our vision, mission, and values

    Key Responsibilities

    Relationship Development

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Proactively resolve staff, contractor, vendor, and consultant performance issues

    Customer Service

    • Handle all resident inquiries, feedback, complaints, or concerns professionally and courteously
    • Promote a strong sense of community and ensure resident satisfaction

    Ongoing Operations

    • E nsure adherence to Centurion Property Associates policies and procedures
    • Motivate and develop site staff, managing performance to established standards
    • Review and approve invoices and new leases according to standard policies and procedures
    • Initiate follow-up for unpaid rent and attend to legal and collection proceedings as required
    • Complete regular site inspections to identify opportunities and report concerns or deficiencies

    Administration and Reporting

    • Complete operating and financial reporting, including monthly property reports and variance analysis
    • Complete weekly availability and traffic reporting as required
    • Maintain an orderly office area, including proper filing of documentation and correspondence

    Requirements

    • A passion for excellence in customer service delivery;
    • Minimum 3 years experience independently managing a multi-family, residential apartment building;
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
    • Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to multi-task;
    • Strong interpersonal skills;
    • Strong command of MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
    • Detail-oriented; able to resolve problems using facts, sound reasoning and common sense;
    • Forward thinking with an ability to develop creative strategic solutions to issues;
    • Strong follow-up skills with the ability to effectively resolve difficult issues in a timely manner;
    • Experience with Yardi property management systems considered an asset.
    • Annual Salary: $55,000-65,000/year
