The
Administrative Assistant / Junior Recruiter will join our People + Culture Team at a time when you are open to learning, and excited to contribute to a robust team responsible for sourcing, and nurturing those who make The Root Cellar what it is.

You will work closely with the People + Culture team in serving our current Team Members and in seeking out like-minded people to join us.

What you bring to the table

12 years experience in an administrative support role.
1 2 years' experience with fullcycle recruitment
Human Resources or Administrative courses an asset.
Excellent Communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
A love of organization, a strong sense of detail, and an enthusiasm for quality.
Excellent skills in WORD, EXCEL, Microsoft Suite and the interest in the ability to learn new platforms.
Confidence, and the desire to learn and do an exceptional job while enjoying what you do.

Salary:
$48,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
