We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

This role will be instrumental in driving marketing initiatives and supporting administrative tasks to ensure the continued success of our retirement residences.


Responsibilities:


Marketing Strategy Implementation:


  • Actively participate in residence marketing meetings to support occupancy and business goals.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, print materials, and events, to promote occupancy and brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.

Digital Marketing and Social Media Management:

  • Manage social media accounts and online presence to engage with current and prospective residents, families, and community members.
  • Maintain and update the content on the company website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Monitor online reviews and feedback, responding promptly and professionally to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Manage Google profiles and listings for each retirement residence to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Coordinate Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, budget management, and performance tracking.
  • Optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI) and drive qualified leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in search engine marketing (SEM) and Google Ads to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Budgeting and Performance Tracking:


  • Monitor and track budgets and deadlines. Process invoices and marketing expenses.
  • Produce monthly performance reports and other reports as required.
  • Monitor and track the performance of marketing activities, document actions taken, and suggest improvements.

Event Planning and Community Engagement:


  • Help residences plan and organize community events, open houses, and informational sessions to attract potential residents and build relationships with local stakeholders.
  • Coordinate participation in local fairs, health expos, and other relevant events to increase visibility and generate leads.

Administrative Support:


  • Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining databases, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for marketing materials, signage, and promotional items.
  • Provide general support to the marketing team as needed, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.

Communication and Collaboration:


  • Liaise with residence managers, sales teams, and corporate stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with operational objectives.
  • Communicate regularly with residents, families, and staff to gather feedback, address concerns, and promote community involvement.
  • Perform all tasks efficiently and effectively at a fast pace, ensuring quality control with graphic standards, positioning of logos, accuracy of contact information for residences, web links, copywriting, spelling, and grammar.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or senior living industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

$50,000.00 per year
