Description

We are looking for a Store Manager for our new bicycle and ski store located at the Mega Centre Des Sources in Pointe-Claire.

This store will feature a major bicycle brand.

There will be 2 steps for this job

1.


Store creation (December to March) - you will directly contribute in preparing the store for its grand opening:


  • Hiring of the team
  • Store organisation
  • Deployment of systems and processes
  • Etc.
In partnership with the 2 entrepreneurs, you will lead the day-to-day operations:

  • Customer service
  • Staff management
  • Coaching of the sales team
  • Etc.
Biking and skiing experience or interest is a key asset.


Job Types:
Temps plein, Permanent


Salary:
$20.00-$29.00 per hour
