Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual

To join our team as an Associate Conservation Account Manager.

As an Associate Conservation Account Manager you will work closely with your colleagues to promote the benefits of our programs to residential contractors and customers.


For this opportunity, you're a great fit if you can- Work closely with end use customers and contractors to increase participation in our programs- Assess the viability of energy efficiency projects &/or energy savings opportunities- Request information from clients/consultants to address submission deficiencies- Include assessment of proposals and feasibility studies completed by third parties to ensure technical viability of proposed capital projects to achieve the anticipated energy and process improvements- Prepare and maintain a variety of reports to manage and monitor project activity.

- Identify and deliver on opportunities to improve technical work products and processes- Complete internal evaluations of program measures; communicate issues and best practices to program staff


In this exciting career opportunity, you will have- 3+ years of experience in residential energy efficiency- 3 or 4 year technical degree, preference given to those focused on sustainability and energy efficiency- One of P.Eng, B.

Eng, CEM, CET designations is preferred- Passionate about energy efficiency with a focus on technology solutions; has demonstrated advocacy throughout education and professional pursuits
