Description
Vacutrux is a leading vacuum truck manufacturer located in Elmira ON.

We are looking for a paint helper and prepper to join our final coatings team and help with our mission.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Properly prepare surfaces before painting; prep, sand, clean and mask large steel vessel tanks, trailers, truck frames, parts and fabrications as part of our finishing team
  • Final coating duties as required
  • Set up, operate and maintain gritblasting machine
  • Operate forklift and other material handling equipment
  • Knowledge, maintenance and repair of painting equipment
  • Neat storage of paints, thinners and other supplies
  • Safe handling procedures of hazardous supplies
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment or related field
