Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Refinish and restore cabinets to a highquality finish
• Utilize power tools and hand tools for refinishing tasks
• Perform heavy lifting as needed during the refinishing process
• Work on cabinet installation projects when required
• Assess the condition of kitchen cabinets and determine the appropriate refinishing methods.
• Prepare cabinets for refinishing by cleaning, sanding, and repairing any damages.
• Apply, paints, and finishes to cabinets to achieve desired aesthetics.
• Ensure highquality workmanship and attention to detail in every project.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in cabinet refinishing.

• Proficiency in various refinishing techniques, including, painting, and finishing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver cabinets and equipment.
• Previous experience as a carpenter or in cabinet installation

Must have a Valid driver's license.
