You will be responsible to book service appointments for our Abbotsford Mazda Location. About the Role


The Service Coordinator will greet and check in service customers, conduct vehicle walk-arounds, move vehicles, answer phones, book appointments, and support service advisors and technicians.

Previous Automotive Coordinator experience is preferred but not required.


Schedule:
Full-Time (Monday - Friday)


Wage:
$18/h - $22/h (Depending On Experience)

Who You Are:


  • Proven track record of success in customer service
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Appointment/Service Coordinator is preferred but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed expectations
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
  • Valid Class 5 or 7 BC driver's license with a clean driver's abstract

What Your Day Will Look Like:

  • Greet service customers and check them in
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds to confirm condition, note damage, record mileage, etc
  • Move vehicles around the lot and shop
  • Answer phones and provide updates to customers
  • Book and confirm appointments as needed
  • Assist with other daytoday tasks to support our service advisors and technicians
