Responsibilities:

Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures.
Support innovative campus attraction programs both virtually and oncampus.
Assist with our nationwide Campus Recruitment Program, both virtually and oncampus at postsecondary institutions across Canada (travel may be required).
Support Teck's studentemployee engagement and retention strategy involving events/activities and leading studentfocused programs.
Establish relationships and communicate effectively with external organizations and internal business partners.
Participate in a diverse number of projects that strive to strengthen Teck's talent attraction, recruitment, and retention strategies.
Actively contribute ideas and input to ensure that Teck's campus programs are innovative, impactful, and relevant.

Qualifications:

Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field.
Proficient in Microsoft 36
Experience with PowerBI, PowerApps, SharePoint is an asset
Able to work effectively independently as well as part of the team
Demonstrable ability to learn innovative technologies and platforms quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
Ability to communicate with precision in a technical environment.
Able to articulate complex concepts clearly and in a way a diverse audience would understand.

Wage Range:
$3900 - $5000 / Month:

Salary is commensurate with the number of academic semesters and prior co-op experiences completed._
