Job Description:


Reporting to the Manager of Community and Student Affairs, the incumbent leads a multi-disciplinary team that supports recruitment, marketing, event planning and strategic enrolment management efforts at the Pembroke Campus with the primary goal of achieving the annual campus enrolment projections.

The incumbent is responsible for creating the Marketing and Recruitment plan and translating marketing and recruitment objectives into strategies and tactics, development of promotional and advertising plans and collateral to promote the campus to the outside world.

With a strong understanding of the Campus strategic enrolment management and public relations objectives, the incumbent will use the Marketing and Recruitment plan to achieve the school's goals.


The incumbent works for campus clients (Manager of Community and Student Affairs, Dean, Chairs, coordinators, internal stakeholders) and leads all aspects of the development and implementation of the tactics identified within the Marketing and Recruitment plan.

This includes providing direction and setting expectations for colleagues who support the overall marketing and recruitment goals of the campus.


Required Qualifications:

  • Three (3) year diploma/degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Public Relations, Event Planning, Business Administration-Advertising, Communications;
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in marketing/recruitment;
  • Experience in leading teams;
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and manage time;
  • Exceptional computer skills using a variety of platforms including Word, Powerpoint, Canva, Eventbrite, etc.
  • Experience working with WordPress as a website content management system will be an asset;
  • Valid Class G Ontario Driver's license.
  • This position is paid at Payband H
