Technical Animator for Avatar Retargeting

Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled Technical Animator / Character TD to help us calibrate and retarget humanoid avatars for accurate readable sign-language animation on the web.This is a technical retargeting and rig-calibration role — not a keyframe animation task.
Responsibilities
- Inspect GLB humanoid rigs bone axes and rest poses
- Apply precise per-bone axis corrections arms forearms wrists hands
- Refine retargeting for natural readable sign-language motion
- Work directly in A-Frame in real-time
Builld a reusable calibration workflow for future avatars
