We are looking for a
Customer Success Manager with
experience in the construction industry to onboard our new
clients and their crews.


This is a unique opportunity to join a growing software firm in its early stage, where you help bring customer's needs to life while working with the founders on building the next great Canadian software company.

You will be able to form this critical function as we grow.

You will work directly with construction crews in major construction firms, building critical heavy-civil infrastructure.

You will engage with them on their front lines and walk them through implementing a weekly goal-setting system and incentives program backed by our software.


Responsibilities

  • In this role, your
    main objective is to support crews, increase adoption of Crewscope and i
    mprove the working experience of the crews.
  • You will visit crews onsite across Canada and the United States to kick off their onboarding, address their questions inperson or remote, and train them on the best practices of setting and tracking objectives and incentive program design.

Requirements:


  • Located around GTA with easy access across southern Ontario and access to airport to fly to destinations in Eastern US + Canada
  • Spend 50%+ of your time traveling to construction sites
  • Remote (Work from home) when not spending time onsite
  • Construction experience or willingness to learn quickly on the job required
  • Empathy with foreperson and workers, to build trust and relationships
  • Having a propensity to action and a track record of taking the initiative to drive to results
  • Desciplined in working with a large number of crews (good task management)
  • Experience leading people is a bonus as it helps create empathy with the primary persona, the
