Duties:


Verifies and applies appropriate financial coding, supplier contact information and ensuring appropriate approval signatures, enters requisitions into the financial Information system (SAP) and reconciles monthly credit card statements.

Provides information and guidance to managers and employees on procurement and administrative procedures. Makes arrangements for repairs and maintenance of office equipment such as photocopiers and fax machines.

  • Experience maintaining a tracking or followup system
  • Experience working in a legal environment
  • Ability to organize workload and establish priorities
