Role:
As House person you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the housekeeping department, by keeping assigned areas of the hotel cleaned and stocked as per hotel standards.
Continually maintain and exceed all standards of service, and guest satisfaction.Responsibilities:
- To keep various supply closets stocked and well maintained at all times.
- To clean assigned areas of the hotel and restaurant as per hotel standards.
- To report any deficiencies noticed throughout the hotel.
- To assist Room Attendants as instructed by supervisors.
- Any other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Able to work on your feet as you will be required to stand and walk around for extended periods of time
- Ability to carry/lift up to 45lbs
- Strong Attention to detail
- Communication skills in English
- Professional attitude
- Ability to follow instructions & work independently
