Mecaer America, located in Laval, is a company belonging to the Mecaer Aviation Group (MAG), whose head office is in Italy.

Mecaer Aviation Group is globally present in the aerospace market with revenues of approximately 150M Euro and employs approximately 650 employees in five locations in Italy, Canada and the United States.

Your main duties as a Program Manager with us will be to:
Interacting directly with customers and suppliers;
Leading delivery meetings with other departments;
Ensure on-time delivery of integrated hydraulic system solutions to customers;
Produce monthly reports on the status of programs;
Coordinate the preparation of the Bill of Materials;
Plan and implement programs;
Leading meetings and monitoring indicators for schedules, costs and activities;
Coordinate the introduction of engineering changes for routine production;
Identify and manage overall program costs and budgets including standard inventory and material list costs;
Perform risk analysis and find solutions to minimize impacts;
Develop project execution plans and lead the various teams to achieve milestone targets for each business area.


Desired skills:
Relevant aerospace experience or any combination of education and experience deemed equivalent;
College diploma in a technical discipline, such as engineering, will be considered an asset;
Negotiation skills, structure and organization of work;
Fluency in spoken and written English and French; Italian will be considered an asset;
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, manage time and priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project);
Experience with ERP/MRP systems. Experience with INFOR software will be considered an asset

**Salary: 65 700$ to 75 600$
