Description

FLINT seeks a Foreperson for a permanent role starting March 17, 2026. You will have a 7 Days In & 7 Days Out schedule, working 12-hour shifts. The position offers camp accommodation and $300 per week travel pay.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial maintenance or heavy industrial environments.
• Previous leadership roles in maintenance or turnaround settings are required.
• Journeyperson trade certification is strongly preferred.
