Overview:

Commissionaires Great Lakes offers an immediate opportunity for a versatile, highly motivated Security Professional.

We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills, strong working knowledge of computer systems, CCTV experience, a positive attitude and the ability to provide excellent customer service, security and protection for our client's site.

As a front-line representative of our company and client's site you must be highly reliable, work well under pressure, able to work with mínimal supervision, have the ability to multitask and be a professional who takes pride in your dress, deportment and performance at all times.

Job Profile:

The commissionaire will report to and work with the Site Supervisor and Area Manager.

He/she will utilize the post orders to provide superior customer service, security and protection to their client and the client's property/assets.

Anticipated start date: Feb 5th 202
Hourly Rate of Pay: $17.30/hr
Hours of work: Mon-Fri 8am4pm
Accessible by Transit: Yes
Number of positions: 1

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Ensure Access Control procedures are followed, and that client property is secured.
Maintain a positive attitude and professional working relationships with employees, visitors, and clients.
Complete Daily Logs and written/electronic reports.
Monitor the CCTV camera system.
Maintain effective communication with security staff.
Respond to emergencies and alarms.
Perform regular interior and exterior foot patrols of the property.
Provide assistance to employees, clients, and visitors.
Other duties as may be required by the Site Supervisor.
Available for alternate shifts as may be required.

Required Qualifications:

Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
Proficient with Microsoft Office and computers
