Job Overview:

• You have been in the landscape industry and want to take your skills and experience to a leadership level.

- you take plans and make them happen. You will set the example for your landscape team.

Job Duties:

Also known as landscape crew leaders, landscape foremen coordinate crews of workers during daily landscaping duties and job roles.

The Crew Leader will schedule employees and oversee equipment operation as well as ensuring that the property under their charge is well-maintained.

The Crew Leader might also be responsible for training employees in their tasks.

The job involves the use of a lot of different equipment, from hand tools like rakes and shovels to motorized vehicles, such as lawn mowers and trucks.

The Crew Leader may also be responsible for the construction of new outdoor areas like walkways and patios, or their primary charge may be maintaining existing grounds.

Planting shrubs, mowing, and other horticultural duties fall under the Crew Leader's job role.


Qualifications:
Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance.

Applicants must be motivated, have a good knowledge of landscaping techniques and procedures, good time management skills and communication skills.

Experience operating heavy machinery and small engine tools is extremely beneficial. Applicants must have a valid "G" license and can get to and from work.
