Position Summary
The Data Conversion Analyst will help new clients convert their data onto the PRO Financial Solutions platform.

The key lies in conducting an accurate and thorough data conversion while providing a great implementation experience for new clients.

Specific duties include:

• Conduct data assessments and implementation discovery with meticulous attention to detail
• Execute every step in the conversion process without error, but also constantly keep an eye out for improvements in the process
• Use tact and diplomacy to set the right expectations with clients throughout the data conversion process, including both verbal and written communication
• Manage multiple conversion projects simultaneously, and prioritize effectively to ensure ontime and accurate conversio

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively with other employees, partners and clients to facilitate project's implementation and completion.
• Responsible for working with conversion personnel regarding related issues and resolution.
• Responsible for providing assistance with the more complicated aspects of conversions.
• Work directly with clients to perform analysis, design, configuration and implementation of desired insurance business functionality.
• Establish and maintain client relationships with Sapiens customers, while aligning customer needs with business opportunities for Sapiens.
• Applies industry knowledge and expertise to guide client in systems set up.
• Develops associated test plans, participates in quality testing as needed.
• Assists in tracking project scope through careful requirements management.
• Performs necessary analysis and problem resolution research as needed.
• Identifies gaps, project and service opportunities and future enhancements to strengthen our industry presence and meet client needs.
• Reporting progress to Sapiens management and determining how to mitigate issues.
• Assist product/client support as needed.

Job Related Experience:

• 2+ years of data conversion experience
• Strong technical background preferred
• Strong SQL skills
• Insurance industry experience preferred
• Accounting (AP/GL) experience preferred

Minimum Education:

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, EE or equivalent education in a related discipline.


Physical Conditions/Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to hear and communicate clearly, orally and in writing.
• Uses vision to view screens, create and review documents; requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
• Capable of using a keyboard effectively
• Frequently required to sit for long periods of time
