The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized counseling, developing and managing patient care plans, and participating in ongoing professional development programs.

1. Counsel patients on medication use, potential side effects, and adherence strategies;


2. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs;


3. Stay up-to-date with industry developments through continuous education and training opportunities;

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution. They must also possess current licensure as a pharmacist in Alberta.
