The Claims Process Improvement Specialist will use continuous improvement methodologies to identify, develop and implement best practices and process improvements across the Claims team.

The Claims Process Improvement Specialist will review current processes and use data to develop new processes that are highly effective and efficient.

You're great at:

  • Claims handling
  • Claims systems and processes
  • Training and Coaching
  • Customer Experience

You have:

  • College/University or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong background in Claims handling/operations
  • In depth knowledge of the Claims processes and technologies in claims management
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience focused on Continuous Improvement
  • CIP designation or working toward completion an asset
  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
  • Strong experience with MS office and strong knowledge of Claims Systems
  • Ability to effectively communicate business insights and realistic solutions
