The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to all members of the procurement team.
Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, the incumbent will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the procurement process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain the Master Trades List
- Manage and maintain Trades' prequalification (New Trades)
- Manage and maintain Trades' prequalification (Renewals)
- Assign the profile in TradeTapp to reviewers from applicable departments: procurement, finance & SHEQ
- Coordinate the organization and issuance of tender packages through the procore online project management platform
- Provide assistance to the Procurement Manager for tender followups and bid openings
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Strong computer background including experience with MS Office
- Previous experience in business administration or supply chain preferred
- Knowledge of construction techniques & sequences preferred
