As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for supporting the store management team in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. This includes performing daily opening and closing operations, maintaining a clean and inviting store environment, and driving sales through effective merchandise strategies.
>* In partnership with the management team, ensure the store meets company objectives and KPI goals.* Set the example for The Torrid Connection by demonstrating excellent selling skills and customer service.* Support management in implementing merchandise strategies while maintaining a consistent store environment that inspires customers to shop.* Perform register functions using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.* Assume responsibility of all store operations when Store Management is out of the store as acting Manager on Duty.* Flexible scheduling including holidays, nights, and weekends are required for this role.
