    E-Commerce Lead

    Reporting to the Head of Digital and Online Marketing, the E-Commerce Lead will manage Miele Canada's sales on Amazon (via Vendor Central and Seller Central) and other third party online marketplaces including Best Buy, Walmart and The Bay. In this role, this incumbent will lead cross-functionally to collaborate with internal teams including Product Management, Brand Communications, Logistics and Finance to profitably grow sales while providing excellent customer service.

    Responsibilities include:

  • Foster excellent partnership with online marketplace retail partners.
  • Manage product assortment offered for sale via Amazon Vendor Central and third party online marketplaces including onboarding new products, updating existing product data and removing discontinued items.
  • Execute regular and promotional price changes on third party online marketplaces.
  • Update supply availability within each online marketplace seller poral.
  • Collaborate with Brand Communications team to enhance product and brand content on online marketplace retail partner websites.
  • Support demand planning with forecasting third party online marketplace sales.
  • Manage Miele's investment in pay-per-click advertising campaigns on Amazon and other online marketplaces.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to gather insights to help inform decisions regarding opportunities and challenges relating to Miele's sales on online marketplaces.
  • Requirements:

  • University degree or College diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 3+ years of Amazon Vendor Central experience
  • 3+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing third party marketplaces such as Walmart, Best Buy and The Bay
  • French communication skills an asset
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills
