About the Opportunity:


Reporting to the Manager and Team Leaders in Diagnostic Imaging, the Image Library Clerk is responsible for both the electronic transmission of imaging and burning of CD's.

The incumbent is responsible for handling mail within the department, filing, document management following retention guidelines; scanning of documents, clinic list management and coordinating and processing requests for imaging from access to health information.

The incumbent is also responsible for the importing of discs/patient imaging from outside hospitals/services for patient visits. Clerk will utilize various hospital platforms in their daily work. Moderate walking; lifting up to 20 lbs; pushing carts. Regular computer work. Other related responsibilities.


About You:

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Grade XII
  • Previous experience in health care considered an asset
  • Computer skills including data entry required.
  • Training on various computer platforms considered an asset.
  • Experience with Diagnostic Imaging platforms considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated superior customer service skills required.
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Hours:


  • Long assignment, Fulltime position; 70 hours biweekly
  • Beginning as soon as possible with a duration of October 26, 202
  • Monday-Friday, day shifts

Compensation and Incentives:

$ $19.37 hourly
