Description

Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash, May include cleaning of kitchen area, room refrigerator, coffee maker, cups, glasses, silverware

Interacts on occasion with guests while cleaning guest and meeting rooms
Carries out any duties that supervisors may assign
Follow payroll and key sign out procedures
Read and understand the work report/room assignment sheet and procedure
Will be able to work varied shifts days, nights, weekends, holidays
Inspect rooms for repairs or fixtures that are not working properly
Cleans and maintains guests' rooms, guests' corridors, linen rooms and cupboards according to set standards and procedures
Replenishes guests' inroom supplies
Reports damage or malfunction in rooms to Rooms Supervisor
Maintains equipment in a proper state of cleanliness and repair
Reports guest complaints to superior immediately
Pick up and ensure the supplies caddie is adequately and properly stocked
Provide personalized service during stayover housekeeping service
Make the bed(s) and vacuum in a guest roomReports unusual behavior or activities on floors to supervisor
