    Recruitment Coordinator

    We are on the hunt for our second Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. In this new role, you will be responsible for working with management on all recruitment projects - to start, this position will support our senior recruiters, learning the ins and outs of the staffing industry.

    You will be responsible for learning each stage of the recruitment biz, from Business Development (researching companies, prospecting, emailing, finding new and exciting companies to partner with), to Recruitment (sourcing, headhunting (), messaging, prospecting, and candidate research), then Candidate Management (interviewing, screening, presenting profiles, and project management), and lastly Client Management (interfacing with clients, consulting with c-suite hiring managers, and managing the cycle of accounts). This role will start as a Recruitment Assistant but will grow over a 12 month timeline. This is a 100% remote position. First choice would be candidates on (PST time zone)

    This position will follow this timeline:

    Phase 1: Learn the ins and outs of business development and lead generation, conducting research on various industry verticals and professions.

    Phase 2: Graduate into mastering how to source and headhunt senior executives via: , Social, WOM, and ATS management. Attend new intakes and take meeting minutes. Support our team with sourcing, screening, and handling administration of the end-to-end recruitment process as needed.

    Phase 3: Transition into full-cycle recruitment, responsible for client management, holding intake meetings with new and existing clients, and building long-lasting relationships with our future partners.

    You will also assist with...

    • Building backend systems (Templates, and Internal Documents)
    • Calendar management for all interviews and client meetings
    • Attend client meetings and curate meeting minutes, and interface with hiring managers
    • Source, screen and interview candidates for open positions
    • Business Development, use outbound sales tools to track, nurture, and develop leads.
    • Prospect for new work by researching hot industries, and social media for client generation. Craft personalized outreach to develop new business.
    • Own, support and help to drive the full-cycle recruitment process

    Qualifications:

    • Degree OR MBA
    • 3+ years of relevant work experience
    • Typing Speed: 60+ WPM
    • Can command a room, and are comfortable speaking to all levels of management
    • Extensive experience with Excel / Google Sheets
    • Extremely efficient at Data Entry
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, exceptional people skills
    • Experience managing multiple projects at once, with superior attention to detail
    • Prior recruitment, legal, consulting OR professional services exp is ideal
    • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, drive, and urgency
    • A dynamic team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment
    • Experience conducting research and understanding of organizational charts
    • Proficiency with Google Workspace / G-Suite
    • Must have a working home office with great internet.

    Salary:

    Base: $50-65K + Bonus + Commission
