Responsibilities:
- Have a clear understanding of the business and the critical success factors that allow the company to win.
- Establish and maintain a solid relationship with the various business units and districts.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Sanimax Application and Process Portfolio favoring investments in more strategic enterprise systems and processes.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current business processes within the Business Analyst's specialty and understand the function's desired future state.
- Use standard process management techniques to map and document processes and model current and future states.
- Serve as a liaison between business users, the IT team responsible for managing the systems as well as 3rd party vendors when applicable.
- Guide the Business Application Specialists and Super User Network on how to use established process improvement concepts and methodology.
- Actively participate in the growth of the organization through involvement in mergers and acquisitions, sales efforts, product development and organizational infrastructure enhancements.
- Implement and adhere to Sanimax's Change Management methodology, standards and processes on all projects to ensure consistent quality.
- Be on the lookout for technologies regarding business processes to meet strategic goals through a conceptual understanding of technology and strong business insight and experience while establishing appropriate expectations and controlling scope.
- Work with the different stakeholders to help design solutions and create storyboards.
- Perform other duties as required.
Travelling % and description:
- Travelling will be required to all of our North American facilities for projects and training purposes.
- The percentage of travelling will vary upon the needs of different projects.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or computer science or equivalent work experience in an operational role;
- At least five (5) years of experience in a similar role, performing business analysis on largescale, enterpriselevel business initiatives;
- Proven experience working with ERP systems and environments, as well as modeling, reengineering and optimizing business processes;
- Experience with INFOR M3 ERP system is a key nicetohave with Finance related expertise in a Manufacturing and Transport industries.
- Proven experience authoring approach and vision documents that clearly set business and user expectations, project strategies, approaches and plans to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery within timelines and budgets;
- Experience eliciting business requirements, designing bestpractice solutions, defining optimal user acceptance test strategies and use cases as well as documenting business process and training material. Proven experience implementing these on multiple crossdisciplinary initiatives;
- Strong experience developing longterm relationships based on respect and trust with prospects and existing users and clients.
- Experience in finance business analysis, having worked on major projects about budgeting process, financial reports, consolidation, mergers and acquisitions. Being familiar with period end process, journal entries and various components of the financial sector;
