    About the role

    We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team

    What you'll do here:

  • Collaborate with the analytics team and IT and operational areas to analyze, develop, test, and deploy solutions to maintain and integrate new business areas into our data warehouse.
  • Participate in the design and development of solutions to problems related to data consumption.
  • Provide technical support to the team's data analysts and actuaries throughout the development cycle of various reports and analyses.
  • Advise and contribute to the optimization of team processes.
  • Support the production of underwriting performance monitoring metrics.
  • What you bring to the table:

  • Relevant college diploma or university degree or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years experience in an analytics role.
  • Can learn/adapt quickly to a changing environment.
  • Can analyze and communicate complex results.
  • Strong communication skills in and effectively working within a virtual team.
  • Collaborate with a number of business partners.
  • Can prioritize and often meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent knowledge of programming languages: SAS, SQL & VBA.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office Suite, particularly Excel, Power BI
  • Bilingualism (French / English) –
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
