_ Shift 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Sunday to Thursday_

What you will be doing

Preparation of accurate delivery documents for payment including load set up, driver document handling and driver check in. This includes preparing accurate BOL(Invoices), communication with 3rd parties, updating customer pickup sheet, reviewing POD's and handling cheques.
Responsible for accurate data entry (for Cheps, IFCO baskets, containers and industry baskets) in Company and third party transportation supplier systems, scheduling appointments for pickups, preparing Picking Lists for Shipping as required, and creating new orders/presold orders as per customer requirements.
Both verbal and written ability to communicate with Dispatch and Shipping Department to make sure orders get picked, loaded and shipped with accuracy and on time.
Responsible for monitoring returns, taking care of any reships.

What you will bring

2 years of experience in Transportation and Warehousing
Must have some billing experience
Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC, food safety & quality
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fastpaced environment while organizing and prioritizing workload.
General computer skills (e.g. MS Office advanced user skills)
MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Office 365 proficient
