We are a small, close-knit family of three who will soon be expanding to four. My wife is currently pregnant with our second child, and she works part-time as a nurse.

I work full-time from home three days a week. We need someone trustworthy to care for our one-year-old son Aaryan when both my wife and I are occupied.  
We value honesty, reliability, responsibility,& empathy in the candidate we choose.
Our ideal caregiver must have excellent communication skills so that they can effectively relay any information about Aaryan's needs or concerns back to us during their interactions – whether it's over video calls while working remotely or at times away from each other at night due before leaving their position here temporarily until further notice after which point these situations become unnecessary again once things stabilize appropriately enough,
