AnswerNet is seeking high energy, English individuals who have the motivation, desire, and drive as Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Representatives for full time positions in our Winnipeg office


Your role will be the first point of contact for all our customers where you will showcase your exemplary and World Class Customer Service Skills.


We are looking to fill early morning shifts (from 8 am) and evening shifts (till 10pm). Must have weekend availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive English inbound calls
  • Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers
  • Answer questions from English customers and forward messages to clients
  • Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics
  • Maintaining working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Flexible availability (we are a 24/7 call center)
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, overcome objectives
  • Strong work ethic and selfstarter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fastpaced professional working environment
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
  • Goal oriented with professional work ethics
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Leadership skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous Customer Service experience
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

"As an amendment to AnswerNet's Work at Home Policy, dated 02/01/2021, all employees working remotely are required to utilize a webcam for video teleconferences, when specifically requested by their supervisor/manager to ensure attentiveness and foster interaction during training and meeting sessionsFor remote work you must have high speed internet, a pc/laptop with Windows 10, (Apple/Mac and Chromebooks are not allowed), and USB connected headphones with microphone and mute button.
You must also have a quiet place to work, free from distractions, including pets & children.


Pay:
$13.50 per hour
