Summary:
Results driven leader responsible for supervising team members. This position plans and assigns work for inventory control and shipping.

Responsibilities:

Essential Duties:

Safety
Ensure safe working environment in maintained.
Manage tasks involved in traffic logistics management, including data entry, invoicing, product distribution and inventory control and requisitions.
Attends all production management meetings as required.

Housekeeping

Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and clean work environment.

Material Storage

Establish and maintain designated areas for storing raw materials and finished goods.

Continuous Improvement

Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of department performance. Promote and sustain management programs designed to continuously improve internal processes.
Inventory & Stock Control
Ensure Stock usage is correctly recorded on SAP through confirmations and any Bill of Material Changes are implemented.
Other responsibilities may be added as business needs dictate including covering other roles for vacation cover etc.

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Three to five years experience in logistics management.

Other Skills and Requirements:

Must maintain current certifications for CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens.
High level of interpersonal skills.
Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills.
Good telephone and oral communication skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
