Who Are We?
Total Credit Recovery Limited (TCR) is the largest Canadian-owned receivables management company, servicing most major Canadian credit grantors. TCR is a progressive company with over 300 employees in four offices across the country.

What Will You Do?

You will provide litigation support to meet the needs of TCR and its clients by conducting searches to locate debtors
Drafting and interpreting legal documents including templates
Organizing and maintaining legal files
Contacting debtors to negotiate payment plans and payment schedules in accordance with the debtor's financial situation and our clients' directives
Drafting pleadings and attending at court as required
Performing administrative tasks and clerical duties as required
Filing documents with any applicable court systems

Who Are You?

Must hold a P1 License and be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
Paralegal and/or Law Clerk diploma program
Minimum of two years litigation experience
Experience in the collections industry is an asset
Excellent oral and written communications skills with attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks and competing priorities
Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Ability to follow instructions with mínimal supervision and take initiative as required
Extremely organized, and detail orientated with the ability to anticipate requests and be proactive.
