Job Description_
So, what will your new role look like?_
As an Incident Manager you will:
- Handle and coordinate change management process and procedures.
- Coordinate major incident management both on and off hours, initiate teams conference bridges, and document all actions taken to resolve the incident.
- Arrange and lead problem review sessions with various groups.
What does your future team look like?
You will work in the Operations function of the company.
This is, if you will, Gsoft's backbone that handles all the functions that make our day to day work possible:
IT, Operations, Security, Data and Development.
First, you will work with the GSEC team, charged with handling the security of the entire company, both for infrastructure and products.
After a multi-week "internship," you will complete your training in the Operations team, which will be your permanent team. Thus, you will have a role that is central to the whole company.
- What are the future challenges that await your team?_
- Implementation of new incident management processes.
- SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA compliance.
- Support for new products in development.
- Complete mapping of the company.
Qualifications:
- Excellent client handling skills, including the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels within the client portfolio;
- Experience working within the cloud, security, and infrastructure management industry;
- Experience working with related technology products and operating systems;
- Excellent project management skills;
- Proven ability to handle Major incident, Problem and Change management duties;
- Flexible availability during off hours to serve as an escalation point for major incidents;
- Strong data analysis skills, used to predict problems and probability associated with them;
- Possess the aptitude to quickly understand processes and workflows in a variety of business units;
- Extraordinary communication skills written, presentation skills, etc.;
- Bilingual (French and English).
