Browns Socialhouse Lawson is looking for a motivated restaurant professional, ready to join our team of restaurateurs as a General Manager.

This person will be responsible for creating a positive and energetic work environment. Coupled with a commitment to service excellence, accountability for daily operations, and acute attention to detail. Role/Responsibilities:

Maintain/support the high standard of quality represented in our Food and Beverage programs
Coordinate and conduct preshift meetings
Maintain daily communication for Food, Wine and Beverage details as they relate to service
Ability to create and culture a work environment where staff development and good work are recognized
Increase check average, profitability and restaurant sales annually
Accurately report all costsMeet or exceed all budgets

Requirements:

At least three years of supervisory or management experience working in the restaurant industry actively planning, coordinating, managing all aspects of the operation
Excellent interpersonal skills, guest services, and oral/written communication skills
A commitment to furthering your career through hard work and dedication, team developmentStrong commitment to the highest quality service standards
Strong Computer and office administration skills
Ability to train effectively and execute to deliver a great guest experience
Demonstrate a passion for food, beverage and all things related to the restaurant business
Ability to build and foster relationships
High attention to detail

Your compensation package includes:

Total job compensation ( base / bonus / other ) is 75k +

Sunday - Monday off
