Your tasks at a glance

  • You support the Director of CMS in the development and implementation of new centres.
  • You participate in the recruitment process.
  • You plan, organize and participate in the training of new employees.
  • You provide support in maintaining the SOPES in force in the CMS.
  • You carry out validations and audits.
  • You keep employee's development projects up to date.
  • You support clinic managers in maintaining accreditation files.
  • You support clinic managers in all matters relating to operating room and MDR protocols and processes.
  • You support clinic managers in resolving problems relating to inventory management, orders, equipment, etc.
  • You support clinic managers in maintaining excellence in patient service.
  • You are on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and propose innovative ideas.
  • You plan, organize and participate in meetings with physicians or CISSS members as required.
  • You may be required to participate in various projects at national and/or accreditation level.
You will keep your skills and knowledge up to date in the positions of Surgical Assistant & MDR.

You will need to diligently follow communications from head office and be on the lookout for any changes in procedures, SOPES.

This position also implies that the person will have to work in the clinic in the various positions mentioned above at least 1 day per month.

  • You are available to travel for work, and adapt your schedule as needed (evenings and weekends).
  • You are fluent in French and in English as well in order to support our Canadian clinics.
