Description
A Licensed Automotive Service Technician is needed at a busy shop in Downtown Toronto, ON (Dundas and DVP). Knowledgeable and reliable Service Tech will be required to inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles. A team player by nature the Automotive Service Tech diagnosis complex problems and find efficient solutions for them.
The Automotive Service Technician who excels in this role should remain informed on Federal and Provincial Regulations related to Safe Driving and be able use hand-held equipment and onboard compression gauges, or diagnostic computers. Must be experienced in repairing vehicles from Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen, Toyota, Honda, etc. systems including engines, A/C, electrical, exhaust, brakes, axles, oil-lube service, and more.
Red Seal Certified Automotive Service Tech with working knowledge of automotive equipment must:
Compensation
$34.00 – $43.00/hour flat rate to start based on experience and training.
Tools Allowance – $300 per year
Boots Allowance – $120 reimbursed at the end of the year
