About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Director to lead our Major Component Replacement (MCR) program at the Bruce Power Nuclear Generating Station. This is a key role that requires strategic vision, exceptional leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of the nuclear industry.

The Role

• We're looking for someone who can develop an effective project organization that can execute major refurbishment projects.
• You will create and maintain productive relationships with clients, owners, and contractors.
• Serving as the key relationship manager with the client is crucial in building effective partnerships.

This Project Director plays a vital role in managing the MCR program's schedule, cost quality and safety performance. You must balance these competing demands to achieve successful outcomes for our clients while ensuring alignment between partner companies through proactive communication strategies.

Your Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.


• More than 20 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects preferably within the nuclear industry).
