Job Description:

The Store Operations Department is currently looking for an Asset Management Coordinator to monitor our NAPA/TRACTION corporate and associates Stores.
_**_ The territories to cover go from New-Brunswick, Nova Scotia to New Foundland & Labrador_

Your main responsibilities will be the following:
- Evaluate NAPA Corporate Stores under your responsibility. a minimum of 4 times per year, per Store.
- Monitor Store operational procedures, adequate handling of returns to Stores, ensuring proper cash controls at Store level and providing support for the implementation of such operational procedures.
- Monitor and provide guidance with inventory maintenance and standards.
- Occasionally assist Stores with physical inventory procedures, when necessary.
- Perform sample counts, pre and post inventory.
- Assessing Stores for compliance with our Asset Management Programs, and retraining store employees when necessary.
- Training and coaching of new Store Managers on all aspects of the Asset Management programs.
- Assessing Health & Safety matters.
- Investigate possible fraud or theft from the Stores.
- Work closely with Regional Management Teams to ensure Store compliance with procedures.
- Follow up for the resolution of inventory discrepancies

Qualifications:

To join our team you will need:_**- Three (3) years of Store Operations
- Computer literate in MS Office, TAMS Inventory Management (nice to have).
- Excellent process management skills and priority setting skills.
- Problemsolving skills and capability to follow up.
- Attention to detail.
- Communication skills.
- Selfmotivated and selfstarter with an ability to work independently.
_ Travel required (up to 70%)._
