Description
We are currently looking for a full-time permanent employee for our Milton office.
It will be a 40 hour work week (or 32 hours if preferred at 4 days/week), Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:30 with one day a week 10-6.
Requirements:
- RN/RPN or RT or Sleep Technologist is ideal
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow through
- Strong team work skills
- Ability to work under a minimum of supervision
- Some travel may be required to other clinic locations
Responsibilities
- A clinical expert in obstructive sleep apnea educating patients on CPAP therapy treatment
- Provide patient education on the use and care of APAP, CPAP, BiPAP machines and accessories
- Communicate with sleep labs and sleep physicians in the process of fitting the correct equipment for the patient and to ensure compliance
- Assess patient and identify treatment issues and implement appropriate solutions
- Create reports, download and interpret data, and adjust PAP pressure during regular check up appointments
- Prepare all documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Build a positive an trustworthy relationship with patients
- Responsible for various reports and administrative duties within the clinic
