- Candidates for this position must possess as a minimum, an undergraduate degree or diploma in engineering (C.E.T or Professional Engineering designation preferred)
- Additionally, the candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years experience of supervisory or management experience in public works, municipal infrastructure or engineering operations;
