    The Night Auditor is a vital member of our dynamic team, serving as the first point of contact at night. Key responsibilities include acting as a Front Desk Agent, balancing accounts from shifts, and assisting hotel guests with requests.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provides excellent customer service to all guests;
    • Welcomes and greets all guests, executes check-in and check-out procedures;
    • Answers guest inquiries and provides assistance in a professional manner;
    • Answers incoming phone calls and processes new reservations;
    • Accurately follows cash handling procedures;
      • Adheres to departmental policies; ensures guest security by proper key handling
    Administers nightly audit functions; Balances revenue settlement accounts daily Ensures transactions are reconciled according set policies & maintain files resetting system for next day operations Follows up on guest requests resolving problems promptly Performs additional job-related duties assigned Maintains confidentiality
